All prices are completely fixed. The quote you receive before booking is the final price — regardless of traffic, time of day, number of passengers (up to the vehicle capacity), or flight delays. No meters, no surge pricing.

MRT VIP Transfer monitors every flight in real time. If your flight is delayed — by 30 minutes or 3 hours — your driver automatically adjusts and waits at no extra charge. The standard free waiting time for international flights is 60 minutes after landing.

Yes, 24/7 including nights, weekends, and Turkish public holidays. The price is the same regardless of arrival time — midnight, 3am, or early morning departures are all handled at the same flat rate.

Yes. The Mercedes Sprinter VIP accommodates up to 14 passengers with luggage. For very large groups, multiple vehicles can be arranged. Contact via WhatsApp to discuss group bookings.

Antalya is served by Antalya Airport, IATA code AYT, ICAO code LTAI. It is located approximately 13 km northeast of the city center. There is one international terminal (Terminal 1) and one domestic terminal.

Antalya city center (Kaleiçi / Konyaaltı) is approximately 13–15 km from the airport. The drive takes 20–25 minutes in normal traffic with a private transfer.

Belek is approximately 40 km east of Antalya Airport. The drive takes 35–45 minutes with a private transfer.

Alanya is approximately 135 km east of Antalya Airport. The drive takes approximately 90 minutes with a private transfer via the D400 coastal highway.

Kemer is approximately 45 km west of Antalya Airport. The drive takes approximately 45–50 minutes with a private transfer.

Side is approximately 75 km east of Antalya Airport. The drive takes approximately 60 minutes with a private transfer.

Mercedes-Benz Vito VIP (up to 7 passengers), Mercedes-Benz Sprinter VIP (up to 14 passengers), and Mercedes-Benz E-Class / S-Class executive sedans (up to 3 passengers). All vehicles have air conditioning, leather seats, complimentary water, and free Wi-Fi.

Yes. Our drivers speak English, Turkish, Russian, and German. If you have a language preference, mention it when booking and we will assign the appropriate driver.

The Mercedes Vito VIP can handle up to 7 suitcases. The Sprinter VIP can handle up to 14 bags. If you have oversized luggage (surfboards, golf clubs, ski equipment), mention it when booking.

Yes. All vehicles are fully insured, regularly maintained, and pass Turkish Transport Ministry inspections. All drivers hold professional transportation licenses.

Your driver will meet you at the international arrivals hall exit holding a sign with your name. If you have any trouble finding your driver, call the number on your confirmation.

Currently MRT VIP Transfer operates exclusively from Antalya Airport (AYT). We do not currently serve Bodrum-Milas (BJV) or İzmir Adnan Menderes (ADB) airports.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially during the peak summer season (June–September) when demand is highest. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — contact us directly on WhatsApp.

Yes. You can book both arrival and departure transfers together. For departure transfers, we recommend scheduling pickup 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights.

Provide: your full name, flight number (for arrival), arrival or departure date and time, destination hotel or address, and number of passengers. For departure transfers, also include your pickup address.

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer. Contact us via WhatsApp to cancel or modify your booking.

Payment is made directly to the driver in cash (EUR, USD, or Turkish Lira) or by card. No online payment is required to confirm your booking.

Yes. Baby seats and booster seats are available at no extra cost. Please request a child seat when booking and specify the age and weight of the child.
